To gain insight into ethnic discrimination by general practitioners and the underlying processes leading to it, an experimental study using simulated patients is implemented. This study will use psychological tests (MC-SJT test), observations and interviews with both physicians and patients. Insights from this study contribute to the development of a training tool for GPs regarding ethnic discrimination.
