Project description

In this study binding media of approximately 100 samples of about 20 wall paintings’ sites in Low Countries, dated between c. 1300 and 1600, will be identified. The study aims to give a first view on wall paintings’ techniques. The necessity of these results for conservation practice will be underlined.
