Project description
In this project, new structures are synthesized which are little known in scientific literature, but possess biological activity or are very similar to known active compounds. Based on these scaffolds, new compound libraries are created. These new collections of compounds that consist of new chemotypes explore unknown chemical spaces, and are expected to possess strong activity in biological tests.
