Project description

Neuroblastoma is the most frequent solid extracranial childhood tumour. Despite multimodel therapy, patient prognosis remains poor. Besed on an innovative strategy, the effects of a genome-wide miRNA perturbation in neuroblastoma cells will be evaluated.this project aims to unravel miRNA signaling networks in different subtypes of neuroblastoma tumours.
