The research project examines literature translation at the intersection of two disciplines: literary and translation studies (University College Ghent, department of Translation Studies Ghent University, several literature departments). This cooperation may yield insights on concepts, methdology and paradigm changes related to literary techniques, strategies and conventions, an also related to literary techniques, strategies and convention, and also related to the processes of reception and canonization. The project intends to cluster the currently fragmented expertise.
