Project description

Dendritic cells (DC) are the key players linking annate to adaptive immunity and the development o nanocarriers that can target and activate these cells while delivering an antien payload is believed to be o high importance in the development of the next generation of vaccines against intracellular pathogens and for the development of anti-cancer cavvines. here we aim to design nanovaccines based on gold nanoparticles with sezes ranging from 10-100 nm and decorated with antigen, DCC-targeting and DC-activating ligands.
