Project description

Via the design, synthesis, evaluation and optimisation of rigid synthetic antibodies (SynAbs) a methodology will be developed for the specific detection and analysis of both beauvericin/enniatins (mycotoxins) and cereulide (a bacterial toxin) in food matrices. Developed SynAbs will be evaluated as potential rexeptiors in sample pretreatment and diagnostic tools for detection of these cyclic depsipeptides toxins in foods
