Project description

Chromosomal radiosensitivity has been observed in breast cancer patients in European populations and is linked with DNA repair pathways. As triple negative, young breast cancer and Fanconi anemia patients frequently have defects in these pathways , the chromosomal radiosensitivity, instability and the link with DNA repair genes will be investigated in these patients.
