In the context of fostering a sustainable relationship with employees, employer branding is crucial. Research focuses on recruitment, with little attention to current staff (gap1). Insight into what employees value in their employer is lacking (gap2), as well as how the employer brand is managed internally during challenging times (gap3). Moreover, there is a dearth of research on how organizations can support employees to promote the brand (gap4).
