Project description

The aim is to explore links between the structure of chemical compounds and their in vitro effects on cell lines as measured by transcriptional profiling and on-target and off-target bioassays. We will further investigate the possibilities to develop rules that would have predictive power with respect to alterations in the chemistry and their transcriptional effects on a cell (QSTAR = quantitative structure transcriptional activity relationship).
