Project description
Children have a huge role to play in preventing the endless list of environmental threats the world is facing. This project explores how children (between six and twelve years old) can be incited to perform pro-environmental behaviour and the role environmental concern plays in this process. More specifically, we will examine how children can be stimulated to more energy efficient behaviors. We will examine to what extent nudges and public service announcements can be effective in inducing behavioral change.
