Project description
The reliability of on-chip memories decreases in future because of process variability. To enable correct computations, we will develop new software techniques that circumvent faulty memory cells. By relocating a program to functional memory cells as late as when the extract processor, with ist exact list of defects, becomes known, the overhead of the reliability-increasing method will be minimized.
