One of the current priorities of UNESCO is to raise awareness about the dangers of climate change and other impacts of human activities entail for small island states. The SET will, in close cooperation with UNESCO, responsible for the development of an internet platform that brings together information and satellite images that are relevant to the issue of climate change and other impacts of human activity. For a number of selected islands examples will be drawn from the satellite could be used to better understand this issue.
