Project description
Advanced tumours relapse and show different resistance mechanisms. Because tissue biopsies are discomforting for patients our focus is on liquid biopsies (plasma). We will detect alterations in circulating DNA as prognostic biomarkers in the context of radiotherapie +/- immunotherapie. Circulating RNA will be investigated in the context of resistance to hormonal therapy in advanced prostate cancer.
