Project description
Symmetries play an incredibly important role in the description and understanding of almost every problem in physics, not in the least in the quantum-many body problem. We study how deformed – and higher-form symmetries are realized in the framework of tensor networks. We examine how these symmetries behave in holographic settings and continue the successful scaling theory programme.
