glucocorticoid receptor LPS and SPRET/Ei

Project description

The LPS-resistance of SPRET/Ei is genetically linked to chromosomes 2 and X, and dependent on higher glucocortiod receptor expression levels. We want to search for the basis of this higher expression, and the relation with the loci on chromosomes 2 and X. We also want to study the X-locus in more detail, to possibly identify a protecting gene.
