  • Engineering and technology
    • Electromagnetism and antenna technology
    • Biomedical modelling
Keywords
Exposure to electromagnetic fields intermediate frequencies wireless power transfer

Project description

The goal of the proposed research is to perform simulations and measurements that result in accurate predictions of human exposure to wireless power transfer systems operating in the intermediate-frequency band (between 0.1 and 10 MHz). Both the neuronal excitation levels and biological tissue heating will be assessed, seeing as both effects are prominent at intermediate frequencies.
