Project description
The mission objective is double. On the one hand, the goal is to help develop the current design of administrative power monitor on the basis of scientific findings to such monitoring and the administrative monitoring in other areas. On the other hand, the goal is to identify the potential and optimal relationships of this instrument with other instruments of spatial policy
