Project description
How do Turkish migrants perceive family reunification procedures? How do they navigate the law to join / be joined by their family members? This socio-legal study aims to get a better understanding in the lived experiences and legal consciousness of Turkish migrants. The research will yield much-needed insight in the interrelations between lived experiences and legal consciousness in the light of evolving laws and policies.
