TLX1 T-ALL cooperativity zebrafish IL7R PHF6
Project description

Zebrafish will be used as an in vivo model to study the IL7R mediated interaction between PHF6 and TLX1. IL7R expression and global gene expression levels in PHF6 deficient and TLX1 transgenic zebrafish will be evaluated. PHF6-TLX1 cooperativity in T-ALL oncogenesis will be assed and the resulting T-ALLs characterized. Finally, JAK/STAT inhibitors will be tested on obtained tumor bearing zebrafish.
