monoclonal antibody PRRSV macrophage explant Receptor ASFV

Project description
In this project, the entry process of highly pathogenic PRRSV strains and ASFV strains will be examined. The first objective was to develop an in vitro vein explant model and to characterize PRRSV and ASFV susceptible macrophages. This work has been completed and published. At present, we are characterizing monoclonal antibodies that block viral infection in these cells and are identifying targeted proteins by immunoprecipitation and mass spectrometry.
