Molecular cellular and biophysical research on microorganisms by using an integrated approach to essentially nano-manipulation and analysis, and mathematical analysis / modeling. Techniques will be applied which allow to study single molecules ( "single molecule analysis") cells ( "single cell analysis") and their interactions.
