Project description

In this proposal we will use electric detected FTIR-spectroscopy and regression analysis of optical variants of DLTS to determine the influence of intrinsic defects in CIGS solar cells on the kinetics of charge carriers. This will allow to determine their impact on the performance and propose a protocol to detect their presence via conventional characterization techniques using SCAPS simulations.
