Project description
This research aims: 1. to examine whether the ongoing revision of the legal frameworks of Cameroon,
Congo, the CAR and the DRC are compatible with the establishment of an optimal implementation of PES
system under REDD+, 2. to provide insights on a coherent and adequate legal framework on PES based
on existing legal instruments.
