Project description

Programmable photonic chips can accelerate the development and adoption of photonics, and enable innovation. They can also perform a variety of optical functions by simply reprogramming them. In this project, we want to implement an operational demonstrator and start the early business development towards a spin-off company that sells programmable photonics products and services based on a core Silicon Photonic chip. Also, the potential markets will be explored and functionality will be implemented that matches the early beachhead market.
