Project description
This project will monitor selected post-translational modification events that are triggered by increased photorespiratory H2O2 levels in plants by using COFRADIC technology. Identified events will be subjected to a detailed functional analysis, including the generation of gain- and loss-of-function mutants and a detailed phenotyping effort in order to elucidate the functionality of the identified proteins.
