Project description
A crucial role in the miniaturization of photonic components (e.g. modulators) is played by the integration of ferroelectric thin films on silicon (Si) based platforms. Since current integration processes are slow, complex and expensive, there is a need for a scalable method such as wet chemical solution deposition (CSD) which enables high throughput integration of textured thin films.
