Project description

Within this FP7 project we are resonsible for the preparation of antibody coated microbubbles which are able to deliver the attached antibody over the blood brain barrier after ultrasound radiation and hence microbubble implosion. At first instance, we will charachterize the antibody loaded microbubbles and evaluate the possibility to release the attached antibodies after ultrasound treatment in vitro and in vivo.
