Project description

In literature numerous reports have been published recently on the pro-metastatic effect of low doses of radiotherapy. We want to develop a model with laboratory animals in which the metastatic capability of various cancer cell lines can be studied. By means of quantitative RT-PCR the transcription of metastasis promotor and suppressor genes, and also of miRNA will be evaluated.
