Project description

The aim of this project is the development of a topical liposomal vector for the protection, transport and delivery of siRNAs and antagomirs (anti-miRNAs) to target genes important in the pathogenesis of psoriasis. By intervening at genetic level by means of a topical applied therapy, we want to create a specific, better tolerated and patient-friendly therapy for psoriasis.
