Project description

Prior research shows that differences in demographic characteristics of team members can induce personal-related and task-oriented conflict. As both types of conflict can have negative effects on team performance, an important question is how these effects can be mitigated. This research project investigates whether entrepreneurial teams can more constructively engage in conflict if team members have similar social identities.
