Project description
Insects are able to convert low value biomass into high quality protein, which is a potential alternative for expensive and low sustainable traditional protein sources in animal feeds. The objective of the present project is to examine the nutritional composition of the black soldier processing techniques and the effect on the digestibility in the pig. A sustainability assessment will also be performed
