Project description
AERD constitute a severe form of airway inflammation within the group of patients with nasal polyposis and steroid-dependent asthma. We suggest that the development of the disease is linked to a disregulation of T-cell/DC function and an imbalance in the eicosanoid metabolism. The objective of the work is unravel the role of eicosanoids and aspirin desensitization on T-cel/DC differentiation/activation.
