Project description
In this project, we will define the cellular and molecular mechanisms by which NLRP2 regulates innate and adaptive immune signaling during bacterial infection. To this end, we generated mice with a conditionally targeted deletion of NLRP2. These studies will help to uncover novel signaling pathways that can be therapeutically targeted to treat infectious and inflammatory diseases.
