The objective of in Breathe is to enable a partnership to commercialize the breath analyser. We target the establishment of a spin-off company in partnership with a VC and/or preferably in joint-venture with a medical device company to finish the defination stage and early product development. A rather soon exit, e.g. buy-out by the medical device company, to prepare the product launch, including the clinical test phases, is expected.
