The project will demonstrate that the inoculation with local AMF species is an ecologic and realistic alternative to increase agricultural production in Cuba. Scientific results of the Department of Bio-fertilizer and Plant Nutrition, Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Group, INCA have showed that AMF species with excellent competitive abilities and good adaptation to diverse agricultural conditions have a significant effect on yield and - quality. The project activities will improve the research capacity of the local department and includes valorization of the results obtained.
