In MOTOPED, industry and academia jointly develop training tools to meet industry's need for focused, flexible training of new and existing workforce. MOTOPED combines a modular on-demand web-based training "toolbox" and a professional blended learning methodology. It will be developed with and beta-tested by learners from industry with Umicore as test case. The toolbox and concept can also be implemented in other fields and networks later.
