Project description
We will investigate the role of transcription factors in human lymphopoiesis by the use of innovative state-of-the-art gene technology based on zinc finger nucleases. Tomato-red and mCherry will be used as reporter genes. Upgrade of the flow cytometer analyzer and sorter with a yellow/green laser is essential for the analysis and sorting of cells with Tomato-red and mCherry fluorescence.
