Optical and electrical modeling of polycrystalline thin film solar cells, especially those based on Cu-In-Ga-S-Se absorber materials. Comparison with advanced electrical and optical measurements. Study of optical reflection, transmission, scattering, absorption, and of electrical behaviour (current-voltage, impedance, spectral response). In relation to cell structure and material parameters.
