Project description

The research group focuses on scientific research in the field of the implementation of performance management systems in organizations. Research questions are the extent of implementation of performance management systems (quality management, strategic management, Human Resource Management, etc…) in organizations, and the way and rationales of implementation of these systems within organizations.
