The aim of this project is to identify genes and signalling pathways through improved data mining as a result from combined genomic screening strategies. This information will lead to development of molecular oriented therapies. Also, extensive mRNA and miRNA profiling will be conducted in order to establish robust prognostic signature which will be applied for improved theratpeutic stratification.
