Project description

This research aims to develop a colon-targeted delivery system combining natural deep eutectic solvents (NADES) and emulsion technologies to address obesity-related gut inflammation. By integrating anti-inflammatory and metabolic homeostasis mechanisms, the system enhances mucus penetration, protects bioactive compounds, and controls targeted release, offering an innovative therapeutic approach validated via in vitro models and animal studies.
