Project description

As environmental concerns grow, promoting sustainable consumption has become essential.
Encouraging eco-friendly choices can reduce environmental impact and foster sustainability. However, the processes underlying consumer decision-making and their effects on sustainable behaviors require further investigation. This research draws on the Goal-Directed Predictive Processing framework to examine how inferential processes can be leveraged in nudging interventions aimed at promoting sustainable consumption.
