The design of a completely recyclable concrete (CRC) enables the use of concrete waste as raw material for cement production. Therefor the chemical composition of CRC should resemble those of traditional raw materials for cement production. The CRC and the regenerated cement are tested thoroughly. The (reduced) effect of CRC on the environment is shown in a life cycle analysis.
