Project description

The central aim of this project is the pruification of proteins associated with E- and N-cadherin. This will be done in the context of a whole organism. For this we make use of transgenic lines of Xenopus tropicalis that express modified versions of E- and N-cadherin. THese are linked to a tag that can be used for purification. Interacting proteins will be identified usin mass spec analysis.
