The goal of this research is to optimize the quality of the Flemish sports practice. Therefore UGent and VTS will join forces to eliminate the core problems. An intensified cooperation within this scientific research should result in better insights on how to significantly augment the quality of these programs to train coaches better, with increasing performances as a result.
