Project description
In this project it is investigated if bacteriocins from a non-virulent Clostridium perfringens strain can be identified and purified as alternative for antibiotics to treat necrotic enteritis. The goal is to propose a new product that can be used in an antibiotic-free control C. perfringens infections in broiler chickens.
