Project description
As part of the ELEVATE (H2020) project, a high-sensitivity, easy-to-use electrochemical   immunosensor for the cervical cancer biomarkers (p16INK4a and Ki-67) detection in cervical and vaginal samples is developed and validated. The threshold of the proteins will for the first time be determined in cervical and vaginal samples using an in-house developed ELISA test, while the confounders affecting their levels will also be identified.
