The aim is to make all school actors more competent in dealing with diversity. The emphasis is on (h) recognize and exploit the diversity of the students so that more equal opportunities are created for all students, but also for the impact on the school and the teachers and the impact here on their own educational activities, used teaching style and how to evaluate. We want to support schools in implementing the competency "diversity."
