Project description

Helicobacter heilmannii sensu stricto is a zoonotic agent, naturally colonizing the stomach of dogs and cats. To identify genes involved in colonisation of the gastric mucosa, deletion mutants will be created. To verify the phenotype of the mutants, a complementation protocol will be developed.
